One managed IT partner for your whole company, in every Indian city you operate in.
GR IT Services runs your helpdesk, monitoring, security, cloud, and IT strategy under one contract. On-site in Hyderabad, remote-first across Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Kolkata, and every other metro.
Your complete outsourced IT team, not a maintenance contract.
A managed service provider (MSP) does not just fix what breaks. We own the outcome: users get help in minutes, systems stay patched and monitored, security is enforced daily, and someone senior plans your IT a year ahead. These nine disciplines come standard in every managed IT contract.
24/7 helpdesk
Your staff raise tickets by email, portal, or chat and reach a real engineer, not a call logger. Unlimited tickets, 30-minute response SLA for managed clients, first-call resolution on the majority of issues. Coverage does not stop at 6 pm or on public holidays.
Proactive monitoring
Monitoring agents on every server, endpoint, and network device feed our NOC around the clock. Disk filling up, backup job failed, CPU pinned, certificate expiring, we see it and act before your team notices. Most incidents are closed before anyone raises a ticket.
Patch management
Windows, macOS, browsers, and third-party applications patched on a tested monthly cycle, with emergency out-of-band patching for actively exploited vulnerabilities. Patch compliance is reported per device every month, so you can prove it during audits.
Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace admin
Tenant administration owned end-to-end: user onboarding and offboarding, mailbox and Drive management, licence right-sizing, security baselines, Teams and Meet governance. We are a Microsoft Solutions Partner and administer Google Workspace estates daily.
Cybersecurity operations
Endpoint detection and response on every device, MFA enforced tenant-wide, conditional access, email filtering, dark-web credential monitoring, and a written incident response plan. Security is run daily as an operation, not sold as a one-time project.
Backup & disaster recovery
Automated backups for servers, endpoints, and M365 or Workspace data, verified daily and tested with real restores every quarter. Recovery time and recovery point objectives are agreed in writing and rehearsed, not just promised in a brochure.
Network management
Firewalls, switches, wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN configured, documented, and monitored. Multi-office businesses get standardised network builds so an engineer in our NOC can support a Kolkata branch as confidently as the Hyderabad head office.
Vendor management
We deal with your internet providers, hardware suppliers, software vendors, and printer companies on your behalf. One throat to choke: your team raises one ticket with us and we chase the third party to resolution, in every city you operate in.
Quarterly strategy reviews
Every 90 days a senior consultant walks your leadership through uptime, ticket trends, security posture, licence spend efficiency, and a rolling 12-month roadmap. IT stops being a black box and becomes a planned, budgeted function.
Delivery model
How one Hyderabad-headquartered MSP covers all of India.
No fabricated branch offices, no franchisees of variable quality. One NOC, one helpdesk, one standard, delivered through three coverage modes depending on where your people sit.
Hyderabad: HQ with on-site coverage
Our engineers, NOC, and helpdesk operate from Gachibowli. Hyderabad clients get the full hybrid model.
On-site engineers across the Hyderabad metro
Same-day physical response for P1 hardware failures
About 9 in 10 issues are resolved remotely. Monitoring, patching, security, cloud admin, and helpdesk are location-independent by design.
24/7 monitoring of every site from one NOC
Remote helpdesk with the same 30-minute SLA nationwide
Silent background patching and maintenance windows
Cloud and M365 or Workspace administration, fully remote
One monthly report covering every city
Metros: scheduled on-site visits
Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Kolkata, and other metros get planned physical presence when the work demands hands.
Scheduled on-site visits agreed in the contract
Vetted field engineers coordinated for physical tasks
Hardware logistics: imaging, dispatch, and swap-outs by courier
New branch IT setups planned remotely, executed on-site
Standardised network builds so every branch looks the same to the NOC
Why GR IT Services
Four reasons India businesses hand us their IT.
We are a Hyderabad-headquartered MSP built for Indian companies that have outgrown the local computer vendor but do not want the overhead of an in-house IT department.
30-minute contracted SLA
Managed clients get a 30-minute response SLA, measured on every ticket and reported monthly. Misses are documented with root cause, never quietly buried.
Microsoft Solutions Partner
Certified engineers across Modern Work, Security, and Azure. Your M365 tenant is administered by people who do this across dozens of tenants, every day.
800+ systems under management
Endpoints, servers, network devices, and cloud workloads under continuous management across our active client book. The playbook you get is already proven.
Four years of operations
Managed IT delivery since 2022 from our Gachibowli, Hyderabad HQ. English, Hindi, and Telugu support, and pattern recognition from every incident we have already solved.
Co-managed IT
Already have in-house IT? We make them better, not redundant.
Co-managed IT splits the function deliberately: our platform and after-hours capacity, your people and their local knowledge. It is the standard model for our 50-200 employee clients who already employ one or two IT staff.
What we take over
The repetitive, around-the-clock work that burns out a small internal team and never gets done consistently.
24/7 monitoring and alert triage, including nights and holidays
Patch cycles, backup verification, and security operations
Overflow helpdesk when your team is stretched or on leave
Escalation bench: server, network, cloud, and security specialists
What your team keeps
The work where being in the building and knowing the people is the actual value.
On-site hands and desk-side support
Business relationships and internal priorities
Line-of-business applications they know best
Direction: they set it, we execute to it
How the split stays clean
Co-managed fails when responsibilities blur. Ours are written down and reviewed every quarter.
A responsibility matrix signed at onboarding
Shared ticketing so both teams see one queue
Your IT staff get direct access to our senior engineers
Quarterly review attended by your team, not held around them
Who managed IT is for
The companies that get the most out of an MSP.
Managed IT fits a specific stage: big enough that IT problems cost real money, not yet big enough to justify a full internal IT department. If you recognise your company below, a managed contract will almost certainly cost less than the status quo.
10-200 employee companies
Large enough that a day of email downtime hurts, small enough that hiring three IT specialists makes no sense. Managed IT gives you a full bench of specialists for a fraction of one salary.
Multi-city teams
Head office in one metro, branches or remote staff in three others. One MSP contract covers every location with the same SLA, the same tooling, and one monthly report, instead of a different local vendor per city.
Companies without an IT manager
IT currently lands on the founder, the finance head, or whoever is least afraid of computers. We take the whole function, including the decisions, so your leaders go back to their actual jobs.
Fast-scaling startups
Hiring 10 people a month and every laptop, licence, and access request is chaos. We standardise onboarding so a new joiner in any city is productive on day one, with security applied automatically.
Companies stuck in break-fix
You call a vendor when something dies, pay per visit, and nothing improves between failures. Managed IT flips the model: we are paid to prevent the failure, so our incentive is your uptime.
Regulated and audited businesses
Finance, healthcare, and companies facing client security questionnaires. We maintain the patch reports, access reviews, backup evidence, and policies your auditors keep asking for.
Managed IT vs AMC vs break-fix
Three ways to buy IT support, honestly compared.
Break-fix pays a vendor per incident. An AMC (annual maintenance contract) pays a fixed fee to maintain the equipment you already own. Managed IT pays a fixed fee for the outcome: working users, secure systems, and a planned roadmap. The table shows what each model actually commits to.
Feature
Break-fix
Pay per incident
IT AMC
Maintain what exists
Managed IT
Own the outcome
What the contract covers
Nothing until something breaks
Hardware, network, and agreed equipment list
The entire IT function: people, systems, cloud, security, strategy
Who spots problems first
Your staff, after downtime starts
Preventive visits catch some issues
24/7 monitoring catches most issues before users do
Helpdesk for your staff
Covered devices only
Unlimited, every user, every city, 24/7
Cybersecurity
Antivirus baseline on covered devices
EDR, MFA, email security, incident response, run daily
We earn the same fee, so prevention is our profit motive
Best for
Very small offices with low IT dependence
Stable offices that mainly need equipment kept alive
10-200 staff companies that run on their IT
The one-line difference
AMC maintains what exists. Managed IT owns the outcome.
An AMC is a maintenance contract: a defined equipment list, preventive visits, and repairs when covered hardware fails. It is the right product for a stable office whose main IT risk is ageing machines. Managed IT is an operating model: we take responsibility for the result, working users, patched and monitored systems, enforced security, tested backups, and a roadmap, across every device, every cloud tenant, and every city. If a problem falls between two stools, under an AMC it is a scope discussion; under managed IT it is simply our job.
AMC scope is an equipment list; managed IT scope is your whole IT function
AMC reacts on covered items; managed IT is measured on preventing incidents
AMC excludes strategy; managed IT includes quarterly planning and budgeting
Many clients start on an AMC and graduate to managed IT as headcount grows
Every ticket is classified at intake into one of three priorities. Response time is the time to first engineer action, measured on every ticket and published in your monthly report. New enquiries from non-clients receive a first reply within 4 business hours.

Onboarding
From signed contract to steady state in four phases.
Switching to an MSP, or away from an old one, is a project we have run many times. It is structured, written down, and reviewed at each milestone, so nothing is dropped between your old support arrangement and ours.
1
Audit
Weeks 1-2
We inventory everything: devices, servers, network, cloud tenants, licences, credentials, vendors, and the undocumented tribal knowledge in people's heads. Output is a written asset register and a risk list ranked by business impact.
2
Baseline
Weeks 2-4
Monitoring and security agents deployed to every device in every city, backup jobs stood up and verified, MFA and patching brought to standard, documentation and runbooks written. The worst risks from the audit are closed first.
3
Cutover
Week 5
Your staff get the new helpdesk channels, escalation paths go live, and vendor relationships transfer to us. If a previous provider is exiting, we manage the handover call by call so your team never loses a support channel.
4
Stabilise
Weeks 6-12
Ticket volumes settle as recurring faults are engineered out rather than repeatedly patched. At day 90 you get the first quarterly review: what we found, what we fixed, and the 12-month roadmap with a budget your finance team can plan around.
“We had one IT person in Hyderabad and nobody covering Mumbai or Bangalore. GR IT Services took over the whole function in five weeks, kept our engineer as the on-site lead, and our teams in all three cities now raise tickets in one place and actually get answers. The quarterly review is the first time IT has ever given us a plan instead of a surprise.”

Real engagements
Three India clients, before and after managed IT.
Drawn from managed IT engagements over the last 24 months. Names withheld, situations real. Look for the pattern: the problem is rarely technology, it is that nobody owned the outcome until a contract said so.
Trading company, Mumbai and Hyderabad
Challenge
Two cities, two unrelated local vendors, no monitoring, and a server failure in Mumbai that took four days to resolve because each vendor blamed the other. Leadership had no idea what they were even paying for.
What we did
Single managed contract across both cities. Monitoring deployed to every device, both vendor relationships absorbed, network rebuilt to one standard, backups stood up and restore-tested.
Outcome
One helpdesk, one SLA, one report. Server incidents caught by monitoring before trading hours, zero multi-day outages since onboarding.
2 cities, 1 contract
SaaS startup, Bangalore
Challenge
Grew from 20 to 90 staff in a year with no IT manager. Laptop provisioning took a week, offboarding was forgotten entirely, and a client security questionnaire exposed that MFA was optional and nobody could produce a patch report.
What we did
Managed IT with a remote-first model: automated onboarding and offboarding workflows, MFA and device compliance enforced through the M365 tenant, patch and access reports generated monthly.
Outcome
New joiners productive on day one in any city, the security questionnaire passed on the next round, and the founders stopped doing IT at midnight.
Day-one onboarding
Manufacturing group, Kolkata
Challenge
One capable but overloaded IT engineer covering a plant and a head office alone. Nights and weekends were uncovered, patching was months behind, and he had not taken a full week of leave in two years.
What we did
Co-managed contract: our NOC took monitoring, patching, backups, and after-hours cover; their engineer kept on-site work and plant systems, with our specialists as his escalation bench.
Outcome
Patch compliance brought current within a quarter, after-hours incidents handled without waking anyone, and the engineer finally took his leave with nothing on fire when he returned.
Tell us your headcount, cities, and current setup in a three-minute form. We reply within 4 business hours, scope a discovery audit, and come back with a written proposal your finance team can model, quoted on request, no obligation.
